Wilson Highland is situated on Wilson hill on Sayadri mountain range n Dharampur taluke of Valsad district in Gujarat . Wilson hill was named in the memory of lord Wilson the Governor of Mumbai by Vijay Devji the last King of Dharampur . Lord Wilson And King Vijay Devji had planned to develop this place into a Hills station but because of some reasons they could not develop this place, the monument is still existing on the peak of the mountain in there memories .
Government of Gujarat had announced to develop this place as a hills station in the year 2006 which was announced as THE TOURISM YEAR so they had invited private players for the development. MR Ashish Birendra Sharma a youth of Vapi came forward at that time and formed a company named Hotel Wilson Highland Pvt Ltd and have started to develop this place as a picnic point .
Hotel Wilson highland has come up with a fast-food restaurant with indoor games for adults and children’s. The restaurant is situated at the top edge of the mountain where there is a passage for winds pleasant wind blow through this passage through out the year now Wilson Highland is developing this place for activities like flying Kites, shooting range , horse riding , trekking , etc . The sun set on Wilson hill is the ultimate scion which could be seen as Wilson hill is very near to the sea shore .
